Specification
  • 1) 양/음극 재료를 자동 교환할 수 있으며, 전극 부분 6개, TAB 부분 4개의 Taping 기능이 있다.
  • 2) Roll 상태로 공급되는 양극(Cathode)과 음극(Anode)에 TAB을 초음파 용접한 후 Separator 2매 사이에 넣어 타원형으로 일정한 길이를 감은 후 절단 및 Seal Tape 를 부착하고 Pre-Press하여 1차 성형하고 Short Check하여 Conveyor로 배출하는 자동 설비이다.
  • 3) 생산능력 : 12PPM/台 (tact time 5.0 sec / 전극길이 900mm기준)
